Tour Plan

Day 1

Arrival in Zanzibar – Welcome to the Island & Beach Relaxation

Your Zanzibar beach holiday begins upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, where you’ll be warmly welcomed by your driver and transferred to your beachfront resort (approximately 45 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on location).

As you drive across the island, you’ll catch your first glimpse of Zanzibar’s lush landscapes, swaying palm trees, and glimpses of the sparkling Indian Ocean. Upon arrival at your resort, check in and take time to settle into your surroundings.

The rest of the day is yours to unwind. Relax by the pool, stroll along the powdery white sand beaches, or simply sit back and enjoy the gentle ocean breeze. As evening approaches, watch the sunset paint the sky in shades of orange and pink—an unforgettable introduction to island life.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at your resort, often featuring fresh seafood and local Swahili flavors, as you ease into the rhythm of Zanzibar.

Day 2

Full Day at Leisure – Beach, Snorkeling & Island Experiences

Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and enjoy a relaxed breakfast overlooking the sea. Today is dedicated entirely to enjoying Zanzibar at your own pace—whether that means pure relaxation or light adventure.

Spend your morning lounging on the beach, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, or enjoying resort amenities. For those who prefer a bit more activity, there are plenty of optional experiences to enhance your stay. You can go snorkeling to explore vibrant coral reefs, try kayaking or paddleboarding, or simply take a refreshing dip in the ocean.

If you’re interested in exploring beyond the beach, optional excursions can be arranged. Visit a local spice farm to discover why Zanzibar is known as the “Spice Island,” or take a guided trip to Jozani Forest to see the rare red colobus monkeys in their natural habitat.

As the day winds down, you may choose to enjoy a sunset dhow cruise, where traditional wooden boats glide across the ocean as the sun sets—one of the most magical experiences in Zanzibar.

Return to your resort for dinner and a relaxed evening under the stars.

Dolphin Tour in Kizimkazi & Transfer to Stone Town

After an early breakfast, set off for an exciting excursion to Kizimkazi Village (approximately 1.5–2 hours depending on your beach location), located on the southern coast of Zanzibar.

Kizimkazi is famous for its resident dolphins, particularly bottlenose and humpback species. After a short briefing, head out on a boat into the open ocean for a chance to observe these graceful creatures in their natural environment. If conditions allow, you may even have the opportunity to swim alongside them—an unforgettable highlight of your Zanzibar holiday.

Following the excursion, enjoy a relaxed seaside lunch before continuing your journey to Stone Town (approximately 1–1.5 hours). This historic town is the cultural heart of Zanzibar, known for its winding alleyways, intricately carved wooden doors, and rich blend of Swahili, Arab, Indian, and European influences.

Check in at your hotel and spend the late afternoon at leisure. You might choose to explore nearby streets, visit a local café, or simply relax while soaking in the unique atmosphere of this historic town.

Visit iconic sites such as the House of Wonders, the Old Fort, and the former Slave Market, which offers powerful insight into the island’s history. You’ll also explore Darajani Market, where locals trade spices, fruits, and handcrafted goods.

As you walk through the town, you’ll notice the blend of cultures reflected in the architecture, cuisine, and daily life—making this experience both educational and deeply immersive.
