12/10 If you're on the fence about booking with Excursia Adventures, just do it. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. Derrick was professional, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and after we had booked. Communication via WhatsApp was excellent — his responses were always prompt, detailed and thoughtful. He went above and beyond to tailor the perfect trip for us. Once we arrived, that same level of service continued with our guide, Patrick. He was professional, courteous, always on time and genuinely helpful throughout the trip. Everything ran smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. We did gorilla and chimpanzee tracking and habituation, visited Queen Elizabeth National Park and explored the Kazinga Channel. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife and the entire week exceeded our expectations. Every part of the trip was well organised, enjoyable and memorable. We were initially a little apprehensive about booking because Excursia Adventures didn't have many reviews but we're so glad we went ahead. Don't let that put you off. We had an amazing time and are already planning our next trip to Uganda with them. Its not cheap but dont let that put you off. I think its one of the best uses of your hard earned money. A Truly Memorable Uganda Safari We had an amazing 10 day adventure in Uganda and our experience with Excursia Adventures was outstanding from start to finish. Everything was well organized and smooth, which made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. Derrick was incredibly helpful during the planning process. He was always responsive, patient and clear in his communication, making sure all details were well explained before the trip began. His support gave us a lot of confidence and everything turned out exactly as promised. Our guide, Patrick, was exceptional and truly made the journey memorable. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about Uganda’s wildlife, culture and landscapes. He always made sure we were comfortable and safe and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His wildlife spotting skills were impressive and he shared many interesting insights along the way. From the beautiful scenery and wildlife encounters to the excellent lodges and smooth transfers, everything exceeded our expectations.
